This site is written and maintained by one person, so messages come straight to me rather than to a support queue. Corrections are the most useful thing you can send — this site is built on measurements, and a wrong number is worse than no number at all. Questions and suggestions for tools are welcome too.
I read everything and reply to most messages within two to three working days.
Replies may arrive at times that look odd from the US or UK — the time difference is six to twelve hours depending on where you are.
Anything is welcome, but these four get the fastest and most useful reply. Including the page URL in your message saves a round trip on almost every one of them.
If a measurement, conversion or brand note on this site is wrong, this is the most valuable message you can send. Size charts change, brands revise their grading, and a figure that was correct last year may not be now. Send the page and what is wrong with it, and I will check it against the brand's own published chart or the relevant standard.
If there is a sizing, colour or wardrobe question this site does not answer and you think a tool would solve it, say so. Several of the nineteen tools here exist because the question kept coming up and nothing online answered it properly. Tell me what you were trying to work out and what you could not find.
If a calculator returned something that does not match what you see in a mirror or in a shop, that is worth knowing about. Sometimes it is a limitation the page already documents; sometimes it is a genuine gap. Include the measurements or answers you put in, and I can tell you which it is.
Brands are welcome to send updated size charts or measurement data, which is genuinely useful and frequently more current than what is published online. Press and podcast enquiries are also fine. What cannot be arranged is a favourable mention.
The form goes to the same address and is there for convenience. If you would rather use your own email client, the address above works exactly the same way and lets you attach things, which the form does not.
Nothing submitted here is added to a mailing list, shared with anyone or used for anything other than replying to you. The newsletter is a separate, entirely optional thing with its own sign-up.
